working in the garden

With the mild winter and early spring, and now the late frost, some of the gardens have been taking a baeting in my area. just a few days ago, I got the chance to plow my garden. then the disk broke. well that pushed back planting a couple days. Growing a very large garden and selling the extra produce gives many people a fresh taste from the farm that many wouldn't get otherwise. be it the apples from the apple trees or the fresh tomatos, or letting the neighbors pick a pumpkin for their kids it is a great hobby. This year it has a bigger meaning though, I have a granddaughter that will be two, and letting her pick her first pumpkin, ir a greenbean off the vine or a fresh tomato for the first time and not to mention the strawberries. and seeing her smile as she eats the fresh fruits and vegitables.

hard to find (when did finding someone to go out and have fun with become so hard

have you noticed its hard to find decent people to go out with? I have been on this site for a while, I have made several good friends, but finding someone with things in common that you are interested in and that are interested in you has been almost impossible. same with a couple of other sites. When did finding someone to go out and have fun with become so hard. Well, enough griping for now, hope it gets better. I am just getting tierd of...

boats & BBQ

Well its time to gas up the boat, and fire up the bbq. love to pull the boat up on the sandbars and have a small campfire blanket, cooler, chips, dogs or burgers. great way to spend an afternoon or evening. turn on the radio on the boat, and enjoy.
But remember to be safe! dont run down the battery on the boat too far, remember to fully put out the fire before you go, and the leftovers need to be kept cold. Have a great time.

did you ever notice when you talk to someone you are going out with that you can tell when something isnt right? about 2 weeks ago a ladyfriend of mine went out to see her family everything was fine, then she said her mother went in the hospital. now the onlt thing I get is her in box is full when I call, or a text asking for money so she can have her room for a few more days. not even a hi, bye, or screw you. I have stoped calling, texting, trying for contact. I guess that turning back to a hardened heart is the way to go. I thought she was different, but I WAS WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

have you ever noticed that some people cant take a hint? you try to end a relationship then they call off and on for a while after. I would think after I stoped calling, texting, said we need to part company, we need to go our seperate ways, dont call, and changed the locks that they would get the message.
well, six or seven months later and two short relationships later, an ex called out of the blue, tells me that she knows the lady I am starting to see is out of town and asks if I would like a booty call! how she even got my new number is beyond me! I know she is just out to start trouble.
I think if she doesnt get the message then whats next, a restraining order? how do you explain to the judge that you want a restraining order from someone that keeps saying they want to be FWB?

Is anyone else ready for spring? I am ready for fishing, gardening, and warm sunny weather. Im also ready for mushroom hunting, camping, and blankets under the stars. Oh well hopefully spring will get here soon.

pedicure fantasy

I normally find other things to do while lady friends get their pedicures, but just starting to date this sweet, and pretty lady that I am seeing I decided to take her to this. while she was having this done, I found myself daydreaming about the great legs she has and putting masage (flavored) oil on them and slowly working my way up. then when she asked what I was thinking, I could only smile. I may try to see if she will let me give her a massage on her day off and see if we can make it real.

since the friend that I was planning to celebrate new years with had to work on newyears eve we celebrated a day early, good food, good friends, now isn't that what it is really about? taking someone out and spending time with them is more important than the day. I also learned that it is ok to let your guard down when you first start going out, it is ok to open your self up, and to laugh with a new person.

Boy, it is getting close to christmas and looking for a laptop for my son and so many to choose from. he is school age, loves video games and uses them in gradeschool. anyone know what works well for a younger kid and how to get all the safety stuff set for kids. don t want him to go to the wrong sites. well, going to close for now,MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!

recently I ran into a friends ex, and she gave me her phone number. while I was friends with both, and think a lot of both I think she is very pretty, and she gave me her phone number. I have always thought a lot of both but think she is a wonderful person and havn't decided what to do. Should we go out as friends or just leave it alone. well, I guess that decision will not be an aesy one to make.

This year I cant get into to the Christmas spirit, usually we have snow, and we finslly had a little. I think that is the problem. or is it that they started the christmas sales so early. It used to be that we went out to cut a tree and now its pull it out of the box. We have made it so instant that it just puts me out of the mood,Oh well, At least watching my son open his presents will help an who knows, it may snow more soon.
